Since 2021, TD Cascade has been supporting Umicore -a global materials technology and recycling group- in their ambition to push the highest reporting standards to the limit. In 2022, Umicore won the award for the best Belgian sustainability report.

As reporting partner, TD Cascade handles all design and layout with a particular focus on information design to translate complex data into smart visual stories. In addition, TD Cascade supports Umicore throughout the entire publishing process. Umicore uses Tangelo Software to produce a multilingual PDF and ESEF version of the integrated report.

For the 2023 annual report, Umicore wanted a more people-focused theme, focusing on employees who are essential to Umicore’s growth. TD Cascade developed a magazine style to integrate interviews with individuals to highlight the impact and influence of Umicore’s employees on its success.

TD Cascade integrated all textual and visual content into Tangelo software and provided full support during the publishing process.

Alongside a interactive pdf TD Cascade developed a stand-alone online report portal.
